Course Description

There are many ways to compensate people for the work they do. And before you consider specifically how you will compensate your employees, you need to think about the outcomes you want to achieve and the behaviors you want to motivate. In this lesson, you will identify the roles and responsibilities for a job and group them into four key categories: employee-based, financial and organizational, behavior-based, and corporate social responsibility. You will work on aligning job responsibilities with organizational goals, and assigning weighted values to the four measures to compensate your team.
