Course Description

Up to this point you have learned that virtuous and vicious cycles are driven by a belief, which begs the question: how do you change your beliefs? If you see that an employee is performing poorly, how exactly are you supposed to change your belief about them without being disingenuous? In this lesson, you will learn the critical importance of distinguishing potential from performance, and how this can be used to drive the performance of your team. Changing your beliefs about potential is difficult; you will also see why it is worth your effort to do this.
