Have you ever managed a subordinate who you believed was a superstar and could seemingly do no wrong? He or she may have gone from success to success, continuously reinforcing your belief that they were a superstar. The forces that drive that kind of phenomenon are identical to the ones you read about in module one, except in the positive direction. In this lesson, Professor Filipowicz is going to develop a framework to help you understand this phenomenon in greater depth.
