Course Description

As a leader, your subordinates, superiors, colleagues, and clients all look to you to help them solve problems. But how do you identify the exact problems that need solving, or where your expertise might have the most impact? To do so requires that you listen, that you listen effectively, and that you can listen effectively every single time. In this lesson, you will learn how to apply the effective listening model to improve your ability to get at the heart of any problem during extended interactions. You will complete a series of activities that will allow you to practice each of the components of the model.
