Course Description

Leaders use influence and motivation to achieve specific goals, with varying degrees of success. A pitfall that many leaders face when using influence and motivation is a lack of clarity, resulting in teams that are unable to deliver on the intended objectives. Identifying what you want your team to accomplish and why you want them to accomplish it is a critical first step in achieving your goals as a leader by working through others. In this lesson, you will learn about the relationship between influence and behavioral change and how your role as a leader can be used to influence positive behavioral change. You will use your knowledge of influence to set a "bar of success."
