Course Description

At every turn of a UniServ's job, some conflict arises. As you progress through this course, you will learn about the various types and sources of conflict. This knowledge will help you understand how to deal with scenarios that may arise in the office or your role as a UniServ rep guiding members or locals. No course can provide you with a simple formula for resolving every dispute. Instead, you will learn how to identify the types and causes of conflict. You can then use listening and communication techniques to minimize conflict and work towards a resolution. You will also gain access to resources and strategies that can help you manage conflict, particularly when you are dealing with difficult situations and personalities.
