Course Description

Establishing relationships is key to the job of a UniServ rep. Every UniServ rep develops their own personal styles of relationship building and preferred methods for communication. While there is no single best way to develop relationships when starting in this role, there are many strategies that are proven to work  — even in situations where you are dealing with difficult personalities. This course will provide an overview of these strategies and their importance to your role.
