Course Description

UniServs need to appear confident in their work to assure leaders and members that they are capable of helping them. They spend time researching, working on salary schedules, and doing paperwork, but communication is the most significant part of the job. Being confident while accessible is an essential part of the job. But, effective communication is just as important — and that begins with careful, active listening. This course will provide you with tools to become a better listener and a more effective communicator.
